2010 SBC Church Compensation Survey

For more than a decade, results of the SBC Church Compensation Survey have been used to establish competitive compensation packages for ministers and support staff.

The 2010 surveys are in and being processed to produce
a report your church can use to assess compensation of your
staff against other churches of similar size and budget.

The survey results provide important compensation benchmarks for church staff and church leaders. Since each state convention’s results can be used separately it is especially important that our Virginia Baptist church staff respond in large enough numbers to make the results meaningful for our churches.
